How do I know how much I'd have made with a stock?
Type its name above: we open its 'performance' page where you pick an amount (e.g. $1000) and a horizon (5 or 10 years), and we show what it would be worth today from real prices.
Does it include dividends?
No: it's price return (excluding dividends). The real total return would be slightly higher for a dividend-paying stock.
What about gold, Bitcoin or the S&P 500?
They have their own calculator on the 'Markets' page (indices, commodities, crypto). The field above is for stocks.
